Mr. Brown introduced himself after I arrived at the dealership and asked if he could be of assistance. I responded that I had seen a few vehicles on line I wanted to look at , he said to let him know i dealership and asked if he could be of assistance. I responded that I had seen a few vehicles on line I wanted to look at , he said to let him know if I needed anything. A bit later I asked Mr. Brown to look at two Camry models. Mr. Brown offered me a seat and beverage while he located the vehicles I was interested in on the computer. We discussed the differences in the two vehicles and then went out side for "hands on" review. We test drove the one vehicle (same car different model) on different types of roadways. My vehicle was evaluated and two proposals (at my request) were made. I was introduced to (I believe) the Sales Manager. I asked how long the proposals were valid and said I would be in touch. I went back to the Dealership in the afternoon with my wife, for another test drive. We were greeted by Mr. Brown, who again offered us a seat and beverage. Mr. Brown took the time to do another "hands on" review of the car for my wife. We test drove the car. We agreed upon a model and price and proceeded to the paperwork. Accessories needed to be installed so it was decided we would pick up the car the next day. We inspected the car upon arrival and noticed some spots on the hood of the car. Not sure if they were water marks or not, Mr. Brown contacted the Service Department, to check it out. The gentleman from the Service Department cleaned off the marks and returned the car. Mr. Brown reviewed the owners manual and numerous other items. Mr. Brown did a complete walk around and review of the car and asked if he could program the Blue tooth or be of any other help. Mr. Brown then introduced us to the Service Department and gave us a tour of the Lounge and Parts Department. Mr. Brown also explained the procedure for early / late drop off. We were thanked for our purchase and were told if there was anything Mr. Brown could do for us, to please contact him. Mr. Brown (Dwane) was very personable and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was refreshing to deal with someone with a sense of humor and personality! I would highly recommend Mr. Brown and will definitely contact him for future purchases . More
The staff at Modern Toyota were very friendly. I appreciated the fact that there was a play area for my two little ones to enjoy while Gopal worked with me regarding the sale. I expected to spend less time at the dealership than I did, as I sent my information to them the day before in anticipation of my visit. Even with this pre-application information, I felt that the process took as long as it would have had I not sent the information in prior, which was a bit disappointing. I completed an auto-trader instant trade in prior to my visit, but still had to haggle in order for the appraisal team to stand by the offer that I received from them online. My sales person was very friendly and helpful, giving me time to discuss options with my husband, assisting us with getting our belongings out of our trade in and staying to ensure we were taken care of even though it was after closing time. I would recommend this dealership to someone else as the prices for their vehicles are very reasonable and the sales staff are very helpful. More

She was very informative about all the car had to offer. She did all this in a friendly way. It was like we had known her years. A truly exceptional salesperson. I gave Modern Toyota mostly 5-great ratings. On the two sections I gave a 4-good it was because there was an issue with the car I purchased and I had to bring it back to be worked on. however, as soon as sections I gave a 4-good it was because there was an issue with the car I purchased and I had to bring it back to be worked on. however, as soon as I notice the problem I call the dealership and it was handle quickly and with a good customer service attitude. Also wanted to say that Dan S. was very helpful and wonderful to work with. He even followed up after the sale. I also loved the picture he took of my family and myself with the car and then mailed it too us. As for the price... it was the best around but let's face it, we always think we can do better. More
