I called Toyota for service on my Tacoma and told them what I would like done and they gave me fair estimates and even helped me save money. Jeff let me know that I did not need to pay for a certain servi what I would like done and they gave me fair estimates and even helped me save money. Jeff let me know that I did not need to pay for a certain service because it was already going to be done as part of another service that was scheduled to be done. And when a part exceeded the estimated price, discounts were applied to keep the estimate on target. They were fast and price was less than I expected. I paid alot more for the same job a few years ago from a local neighborhood mechanic and the guy was lousy and did not even use Toyota parts. I will never do that again! I highly recommend Modern Toyota service. Thanks! More

I've had my 2002 Toyota Camry for about six years now (since I was a teenager), and I've always gone to places like JiffyLube to get the oil change, inspection, basic services, etc. done. My last few exp (since I was a teenager), and I've always gone to places like JiffyLube to get the oil change, inspection, basic services, etc. done. My last few experiences at JiffyLube, however, were incredibly expensive and I often felt like the salespeople/mechanics were taking advantage of my relative ignorance in an effort to get more money out of me. Quite wary, I decided to look elsewhere and try Modern Toyota's service department. I couldn't have made a better choice! I dropped my car off one evening using the very convenient key drop system, and was easily able to communicate all the work that I wanted done on the envelope. The next morning I got a call from the very friendly staff saying that, as I had requested, my oil had been changed, my inspection done, and the splash cover replaced--and that was IT! No one tried to sell me additional services or attempted to convince me to upgrade x to y or anything like that, which was so refreshing and, quite honestly, a major relief. They simply told me the price (a very reasonable $70--far cheaper than my last few visits to JiffyLube!) and let me know that I could come pick it up at my convenience. When I did go to pick it up, they had also cleaned my windows inside and outside, and happily pulled the car right up to the curb for me. It was an excellent experience, and I could kick myself for not having tried Modern's service department before. I won't trust my Camry with anyone else again! More

I thought that Andrew was great. This is the 2nd car that my wife and I have bought from him. He made us feel like he really cared about us and our car buying experience. I was sent home from work ill. My Camry steering had been making noise, getting worse and worse, I stopped in, Christy was at the station I pulled up to, I pulled on my steering, she knew right away wh been making noise, getting worse and worse, I stopped in, Christy was at the station I pulled up to, I pulled on my steering, she knew right away what it was, said they had time to check it out; also, my windshield fluid well leaked. also, it was time for an oil change, so that needed to be done. I asked if I could get a courtesy ride home,since I was not feeling well, she said yes. The courtesy drivers both way were so nice.......... Cristy explained in detail what was wrong with the steering rack; she had someone come and get me as soon as my car was ready, since I was not feeling well.................. I have been using Modern since I moved here from CT and trust them. Christy is a model of what customer service should be...........her extension is 5479 (I don't have her card in front of me so cannot put her last name in, sorry Christy)............I hope she gets some kind of customer service award from Toyotal. :) More
Received six-month service on 2013 Camry (leased). Tire pressure light came on about 1 month ago and called service dept. Woman on the line told me that it was natural since air in tire expanded with warm pressure light came on about 1 month ago and called service dept. Woman on the line told me that it was natural since air in tire expanded with warm weather and contracted in cold. (The light stayed on). When car was brought in for service, I was told the tires were probably low and the light should not be on. The tires were checked, the problem fixed and the warning light is now off. I have no complaints about service - done in a speedy and helpful manner. However, I did not appreciate the information I received when I first called about the problem. More
