I was will taken care of when I arrived. Service is great. My issue is that I am not a fan of the "new" service appointment system. You cannot see available appointments and the system tells Service is great. My issue is that I am not a fan of the "new" service appointment system. You cannot see available appointments and the system tells you a technician will get back to you in 48 hours. I am assuming this is 2 business days (but not 100%) sure. Not very user friendly. More
