I bought my Toyota Tundra brand new in 2021 from this dealership. I had all regular maintenance performed at this dealership that was included in my warranty. I had a custom built skid plate fabricated f dealership. I had all regular maintenance performed at this dealership that was included in my warranty. I had a custom built skid plate fabricated for my truck and had it installed shortly after purchase and had been on the truck ever since my first service. I recently had another mechanic do some fabrication to that skid plate and he sent me a picture of what he found on the top of my skid plate. Someone in the service department had taken paint and painted the letters "xxx" onto my skid plate with white paint. If your are unaware what the letters "xxx" stand for it is, Piece of xxxx. This is the most egregious thing imaginable from what is supposed to be a reputable business! This is extremely unprofessional for someone from their service department to blatantly graffiti and vandalize a customers vehicle! It's apparently clear what my business and all the money I spent at this dealership means to them. I will never bring another vehicle to any Modern Dealership after this atrocious and despicable act that was performed to my vehicle. More
I bought new 4Runner here and bought the service plan and I’m getting a hard time about first oil change at 5k miles. It’s a new engine.
