I took my 2024 Rav4 Hybrid in for its 15,000 mile service. I advised the technician that my front driver's side tire pressure was low. I knew it was at 30 and had been for a while. all the others wer service. I advised the technician that my front driver's side tire pressure was low. I knew it was at 30 and had been for a while. all the others were 35+. I asked what the service included. He said top all fluids and rotate tires and that the low tire pressure would be fixed during this process. After they were done, I got in my car and immediately looked at the tire pressure. It showed exactly the same info; tires in same place, same tire still low. I went in and let them know. The mgr and the tech I worked directly with took me outside to my car where 3 other techs were. I showed the mgr the dash info. he said I would need to drive the car around for 5 minutes/2 miles to reset. i did. it reset. it did confirm the rotation, but the tire was still low. in fact it was at the same tire pressure it was when I brought it in. Now, it was just moved to the rear driver's side. I went back. I met the original tech and one of the 3 other techs was with him. I told him what I found. the other tech, who said he was the one who did the work, put air in the tire and it must have gotten a nail in it. IT DID NOT GET A NAIL IN IT. It was obvious that they just rotated and never filled it. He wanted to take my car back in the shop. I declined. I told them I'd let my husband put air in it. My husband put air in it and we drove it around and it never lost pressure. Which I suspected would be the case. I even waited and rechecked the pressure this morning (day after) and the pressure was the same. They just didn't do the work and then lied about it. Dealerships have a limited opportunity to do a good job and keep customers returning. This experience just blew it for them getting any other chances of doing work on my car ever again and.... my husband bought one 3 months after I did, so his isn't going back there either. Rule of thumb... don't lie... you'll get busted. More

This dealership has one of the best service departments I have ever dealt with. They have done an amazing job of giving me good value and Toyota quality care for several years. Joe the service Manger have ever dealt with. They have done an amazing job of giving me good value and Toyota quality care for several years. Joe the service Manger is one the nicest guys in the business and his team really seems to care about delivering quality service and value. Like any dealership they have to make money and are a little higher than a shade tree mechanic but they stand behind their work and will help you find a coupon or a package deal on doing multiple things at once to save on labor.
