In general, not a great experience. I just returned from getting my first service at 5,000 miles. I wanted to also get an oil change this time because the first oil change is important. When I arrived I was greeted with "What time is your appointment"? Being that this was only an oil change and tire rotation etc I didn't make an appt and I wanted to wait in the lobby. I was told we can't fit you in today and our next available appt is Monday. I told them no thank you, I'll go to another dealership. At that time they offered a free shuttle service if I wanted to leave the car with them. Annoyed, I agreed. About an hour after I got home I get a call that the car is ready. I asked them to send the shuttle to pick me up and that took over an hour to arrive. There was no need for the shuttle, I could have and should have waited in the lobby. When I talk with the service advisor I was informed that they didn't do the oil change that I wanted and stated that Toyota recommends 10,000 mile intervals. Personally, I don't trust longer intervals especially with oil that is 0W08. This oil is so thin it's the consistency of wine. The first oil change should always be done before 10,000 miles no matter what weight oil you have. I didn't purchase the car from this dealer because when I went in there Labor Day weekend looking to buy the car my experience wasn't great either. The salesman I spoke to didn't seem interested in helping me. I wanted to find a Camry in Ocean Gem with a few other options. They didn't have it on the lot and weren't interested in locating one. The salesman also ignored a few emails I sent over a 3 day span. Basically I was ghosted. I was pre approved for financing through my bank and ready to purchase. So far I can't recommend this dealership. More

Thanks to his excellent attention, we ended up choosing a Toyota RAV4, which is a much better fit for our needs. We felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. There was no pressure at any moment — only a genuine interest in helping us make the best decision for our family. In addition, the process was fast, well-organized, and they provided very accessible financing options. A very important detail for us is that Nick can assist customers in both English and Spanish, which made communication so much easier and gave us peace of mind at every step.
