Great buying experience from start to finish. I initiated contact through the dealership website and I was not pushed. I spoke with Marco and we agreed on a price. I purchased the vehicle that I wanted, although they had to retrieve it from a sister dealership, but I drove away in it the next day. Very courteous staff and absolute pleasure to do business with. Was greeted by a salesman on the lot who was dismissive, rude, and frankly, lied about the price range of trucks I was asking about. I knew they had Frontiers within a thousand of what I said I wanted to spend. He said " We don't have anything close to that" Whatever. Went down the street to Paramount and made a purchase there. The Salesman Wesley Starnes of Modern Nissan Of Hickory and all staff and employees were very knowledgeable and great at there job. They treated me like one of the family at the dealership and took care of my needs for a new Nissan vehicle the one i wanted. Everyone there was on point and made my experience a success at the dealership. Horrible People HORRIBLE PEOPLE! Philip and Quincey sold a Nissan Sentra to a foreigner couple with limitation in English. After 72 hours of the purchase they decided HORRIBLE PEOPLE! Philip and Quincey sold a Nissan Sentra to a foreigner couple with limitation in English. After 72 hours of the purchase they decided to change the car for another model. Nissan people said that there is not a problem to exchange the car. The payment will remain the same. So they decided to go ahead and change it. Day after when they were checking the paper work they realized that the car was trade and that they lost $ 3,000 plus all the fees involved in a the new purchase. Nissan not only traded the car when they said that they can exchange it, but they changed the finance term from 60 to 72 months. And they added a GAP Insurance without informed them The customer service is terrible. They spoke with Philip who was involved in both deals and with the Sales Manager Quincey. They refused to help them in any ways and when the couple asked to cancel the "Service Contract worth $2,800" they said that they are not allowed to do it until after 30 days from the day of the purchase. When they asked to get the General Manager Lonnie Vongsavanh involved it took Philip 24 hours to answer and he said "I couldn't get in touch with the manager because he is playing golf with the people of Bank of America" UNBELIEVABLE treatment. I would never recommend this place!! More

I contacted Russell Taylor (Intern Modern Nissan of Hickory exceeded my expectations when it came to buying my first car (2017 Ford EcoBoost Mustang). I contacted Russell Taylor (Internet Manager) who was straight forward with the pricing and process over the phone. Upon agreeing and sending everything on my end, I drove down 2 days later and was greeted by Christine and Ben who walked me through the paperwork and handed me the keys to take a test drive in my new car! Came back, finished up the paper work with Phillip (F & I), had a great conversation with Alex V (knows a lot about Mustangs), and finally drove off in my new car. Big shout outs to Allen Marple who was very essential to making this happen in a short span of 3 days and making sure everything went smoothly as possible including checking on me afterwards. Buy from Modern Nissan of Hickory! More
