I am completely satisfied with my car purchase experience at Crossroads Nissan. The sale associate I worked with was very friendly and knowlegeable and had answers for all my questions and concerns on the V at Crossroads Nissan. Went to this dealership to test drive a car. The salesman who's name I don't remember was great. He explained the features of the car and had me take it for a test drive. After the test drive I as salesman who's name I don't remember was great. He explained the features of the car and had me take it for a test drive. After the test drive I asked for a price on the car. That's when he brought Cory Shaw into the deal. I explained to Cory that I was not going to buy today that I had another make of car I wanted to look at. The salesman already had a picture of my license and all my contact information. This is where things started going down hill. Cory wanted my SS number and my email address. When I said I would give him that information when I was ready to purchase he told me he wouldn't give me a price without running my credit. To make a long story short Cory left to get a price. He made me wait over 30 minutes till he came back. At that point he gave me the list price of the vechile less the manufatures $500 rebate. When I said that there was no discount and that if he didn't want to give me a price I would go elsewhere. He then told me he would go talk to a manager. He then left me for another 35 minutes before returning. He then told me that was the price unless I wanted to buy today. I have never been treated as rudely as I was by Cory. Crossroards Nissan will never see me again. Instead of spending money to build a new dealership they should invest their money in replacing Cory or teaching him some manners. More
Recently had my 2006 Armada serviced. Took it in for a manifold leak and they found that both manifolds were cracked and needed replaced. We had an extended warranty so it wasn't a huge deal. I dropped th manifold leak and they found that both manifolds were cracked and needed replaced. We had an extended warranty so it wasn't a huge deal. I dropped the vehicle off on a Monday morning and then had to have an adjuster from the warranty company come look at it. While it was there I asked them to do a thorough inspection and also to install a relay under the dash for the towing package. I was supposed to have my Armada back on Wednesday but got a call on Wednesday afternoon around 4:30 stating it wouldn't be ready until the next afternoon. I had rental coverage with our warranty and asked for a 3rd time about getting a rental. Jeremy stated he didn't have an answer for me and I should just get my own rental and save the receipts. I contacted our warranty company and found out that the dealership should have offered a rental and they would have reimbursed them for it but I guess customer service is not in the forefront of the folks at Crossraoads. All of this is not the icing on the cake. Remember the towing relay I asked them to install - well the genius's couldn't even figure out where it went....they manufacture it, they sell it and they service it but they don't know how to install the towing package....REALLY????? I explained to him exactly where it needed to go and he stood there and argued with me about there was no such relay. Needless to say I came home took off the 2 screws to remove the dash cover below the steering wheel and had it installed in less than 3 minutes - guess I should have known better than to rely on the dealership. More

When I bought my Toyota Sienna, this team really bent over backwards for me. The salesmen were knowledgeable and not pushy. They were eager to work with me and to answer any questions I had. My wife and I were wanting to price a new Nissan Frontier pickup and Pete Gillissen had one ready for me to drive when I arrived at the dealership. After driving and discussing the new Frontier, I inquired about a used 2010 model they had listed on their website. He found it, brought it out, let me drive and let me go pick up my wife so she could see it. Ended up buying the used 2010 Frontier. Thought it was a good price and maybe a great price. I had seen this dealer's ratings on Dealer Rater before I got to the dealership and now I believe them. More
