Our experience was wonderful! All associates were very friendly and helpful. We actually bought 3 cars! One(an xterra) was returned the following day of purchase. His knowledge of the product that he sells was impressive.He has called us several times to check and make sure that we were happy with our purchases and to see if we had any questions. Jeff,Nathan, Cory and Chris worked very hard to make sure that we were able to get the vehicles that we needed. We have been driving Toyotas for many years but because of the wonderful service and excellent treatment we are now going to make Crossroads our dealership! We also enjoyed working with Darius. Due to recent passing of my Dad, me and my mother was really put in a state of anxiety looking for another car. The car that we had was lost in a head on collision accident that happen 2 weeks ago.
