After buying my new Nissan Altima, even after the sale, I have gotten excellent customer service. I work 12 hour shifts, so coming in during business hours is not usually practical for my work schedule. I have gotten excellent customer service. I work 12 hour shifts, so coming in during business hours is not usually practical for my work schedule. If you need anything, they are always willing to work around the customer's schedule. They are honest people and not your typical dealership looking to rip off the customer. Sarah is awesome!!! I have her personal cell phone number if I ever run into any problems, all I have to do is pick up the phone! All phone calls and text messages are promptly answered. She knows EVERYTHING about the Nissan products and even owns one herself. Sarah is a GREAT sales woman and I highly recommend her!! More
My husband had a 2010 Pathfinder which he really liked but due to lack of leg room he decided to trade for a 2013 Pathfinder due to extended leg room in the front. Charles Stevens was the salesman and I was very impressed with how friendly he was and the fact that he did not try to push the Pathfinder on us, plus how he explained many of the different features of the newer Pathfinder. I have always bought a Toyota Camry every time I traded since 1990 and was in the process of selling my 2010 Camry XLE but while at Crossroads Nissan with my husband I decided to look at the Maxima. But when I saw the new Altima SL I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. I told Charles I would be back the next week to check on it. He called me after a week to see if it was convenient for us to drive by and after driving the vehicle and having Charles again explain all the extras the car came equipped with we decided to purchase a second new vehicle from him within a week, that is just how good a salesman he is. I also have to give praise to Nathan Watson for his part in closing both deals. He was friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to do business with him. Our 2010 Pathfinder was purchased at Anderson Nissan but we always had any service needed at Crossroads Nissan and have always been treated with courtesy and speed. There really has not been anyone there who has not been very cordial to us every time we have ever gone to the dealership. We would recommend them to people who are interested in buying new or used vehicles due to our positive experience. More

I recently searched and found a 2011 Altima I was interested in. I had never owned a Nissan before, so was a little skeptical but my experience at Nissan of Hikory was wonderful. Sam Falgout answered all questions I had and never got discouraged when I wasn't satisfied with the price. He kept on until I was happy considering I hadn't even planned to purchase a car that same day. Overall, I had a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to others. I had been looking for a used Mazda 3 for quite some time, and it seemed that every one I found was not in good shape. I had driven several hours on different occasions only to find out that there were time, and it seemed that every one I found was not in good shape. I had driven several hours on different occasions only to find out that there were problems with the cars. Then I came across this one on Auto Trader at CrossRoads Nissan Hickory. Looked like exactly what I wanted, but again was a 2 hour trip to find out. I called and explained the situation to Jeannette Sanger, and asked if she could send me some photos of any scratches/dents she could see on the car. Within 30 min., she had gone out and took detailed pics of the few minor places she could find and emailed them to me! She was very kind to do that, and asked when I could come take a look at it. Wasn't sure at the time, but turned out I could come the next day. She replied that morning and said she was not working, but for me to ask for Josh Turner. When I arrived, Josh was with another customer, but I met with Jeff Ford, who showed me the car and we took a test drive. I felt bad about him showing me the car, and then working with someone else on the deal. Jeff said he'd make sure Josh was okay with it, but that shouldn't be a problem, because "they just want to take care of the customer no matter the Salesperson"! When we decided to make a deal, Josh came over to meet us, and said they had discussed the situation and for us to continue working with Jeff. VERY impressive!! After the negotiation process, we came away with the price we wanted and a car my 16 year old daughter is in Love with.... David Smith was excellent with the financial piece as well! I know the Lord sent this car and dealership my direction, and I would drive two hours again and again to buy from these folks! Rodney Greene More

Josh Turner was great low pressure sales person who let the numbers and the automobile, my new Rogue, speak for themselves. It was a great experience.
