We were looking at a Frontier and hadn't decided on a trim level and Crossroads had the best selection nearby of all the possibilities we were considering. Our salesman was friendly, courteous, and answe trim level and Crossroads had the best selection nearby of all the possibilities we were considering. Our salesman was friendly, courteous, and answered all our questions, except there was some confusion on the available incentives. I had asked him to verify the numbers, which he ran up the chain of command, but when it came down to it, the quoted incentives were on the 6-cyl, not the 4-cyl we were negotiating on. That said, however, the manger two levels up entered the fray, and we ended up coming to terms on a different Frontier, but still a 4-cyl, for what we thought was a very satisfactory price. And we love the truck. More

My overall experience with CrossRoads Nissan of Hickory was excellent. The sales manager Nathan Watson, General Manager, and Sales Person Jeff Ford done everything they could to make the deal happen. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I had a couple of issues concerning some promises made by 2 staff members that were not followed through on. I was contacted by Jeannette Sanger as so had a couple of issues concerning some promises made by 2 staff members that were not followed through on. I was contacted by Jeannette Sanger as soon as she learned of these issues. She was excellent. She was very apologetic and understanding. She made it a priority to make things right. It has been 4 days since she contacted me and both issues have been taken care of. I had written this dealership off completely after the original incidents. Once I was contacted by Jeanette she completely changed my mind. It is unfortunate that this whole situation took place but luckily they have an employee like Jeanette that was willing to step in and do what it took to make sure I was a satisfied customer. More
Our experience at this dealership was pleasant and productive. My husband and I had been searching for me a vehicle that would not hurt my back. I have two discs in my back that are bad among some other health problems we did not discuss. We gave our salesman several obstacles to overcome. But, he, Josh Turner, was courteous, a hard worker and actually listened to what we needed and how much we could afford in a monthly payment.
