Due to my husband's work schedule it made it difficult for him to come to the dealership until nearly closing time. The staff here stayed with us and made sure we were satisfied customers until 2 hours after closing time. Want good customer service from the sales staff (haven't needed the service department for anything at this time)? Then go to Crossroads Nissan they will make sure you leave happy. More

He was so friendly and helpful and never once did he make me feel pressured or coerced. He presented me with the car that I wanted to see and didn't try to persuade me to look at anything out of my price range or convince me I needed anything other than what I was looking for. I really appreciated the experience I had with him. His manager was also a pleasure to deal with. He treated us with respect and valued my trade in at a very generous and reasonable price. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and would purchase another car from them myself. More
I paid 25,000 Cash sale for a 370-z Roadster and they would not even give me a 2nd key and told me that it was in Ft. Mill SC . I called them yesterday to complain and the lady took my info. and said that Andy was not working today and I asked for the Sales Mgr. and she said he is with someone and he will return your call .... 24 hours later still no call..... In just the month I have had the car, after Crossroads checking off the inspection , The OIL light and filter light have come on and I paid for a new oil change and local Ben Mynant Nissan ..... Then my tires are cupping due to car being out of line and they failed to tell me that ... That I'm sure will be expensive..... I purchased an extended Warranty which I am glad I did in case something worse happens ......and get this .... my battery that was supposedly inspected by them just went dead and I paid for a new one from the local Nissan place here in Salisbury also ..... I would NEVER recommend them to anyone .... Like buying a house , a car purchase is the 2nd biggest investment you make and should be as pleasant as possible ...... I have spent over a 1000 bucks on minor repairs that should have not passed inspection to begin with ......because they were NEVER inspected or would have not gone out like that .....Boy , they sure wanted my cashiers check that day and got it but now never any contact or return phone calls at all. I know and deal with thousands of people every day and I am vowing to never ever recommend Cross Roads Nissan of Hickory NC to one single person ....I would love to get my money back in full and now I don't even want to even go there and get my Full Detail job that I get on my Z ..... Andy , the salesman was a good guy over all and he deserves to be called out on that but as far as doing anything for me , he has not ...I know we all have bad experiences and others have good ones even at Cross Roads Nissan of Hickory NC but I had a bad one and felt that I ought to give heads up to anyone considering dealing with them . Wesley was extremely professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us purchase the 2011 Nissan Rouge. Our experience with Wesley was excellent-one great salesman to work with. David Smith was the finance manager that worked with my daughter and also went above and beyond the call of duty. I definitely will be sending family and friends down to experience these two awesome people with their car buying. More
When visiting my mother in Hickory NC I had the opportunity to visit Crossroads Nissan and purchase her a new 2014 Nissan Altima. The staff welcomed me and it was a positive experience from that po opportunity to visit Crossroads Nissan and purchase her a new 2014 Nissan Altima. The staff welcomed me and it was a positive experience from that point forward Melissa the customer service manager was kind and gracious welcoming me when i arrived. In a world were people have no time to ask a kind word she even ask about my mom the following day since she was ill and since I had to handle the transaction for her. My final buying decision was accelerated due to working with Ricky Vang who allowed me to test drive and ride with me to show it to my mom who was sick. I think the new car made her feel better knowing that she had a dependable ride. Also thanks to Pedro who assisted with the new features and how Crossroads would help my mom with service and warranty in the future. Also the service department on explaining the way service was handled With my mom being retired it gave a sense of comfort knowing that these folks will take care of her since I live 400 miles east Thanks to all my new friends at Crossroads and Tommy Soards for a positive experience. I would give Crossroads a five star for this easy transaction and selling for a great price and a great trade in value. I think Charles went far beyond what most salesmen would do. I did not feel pressured just gently nudged. I spent more than I intended to, but I feel like I got a good deal. We have had the car only a few days but so far we are very happy. Two years ago, we purchased three cars from Charles for our son, ourselves and our niece. This car was purchased for our granddaughter. We will next year have a grandson to purchase for. We do like the dealership and most of all Charles Stevens and the staff. When I did the ratings, Everything I rated as good was really a "good plus" rating. I dont rate anything as great because thats like saying that it was perfect and nothing is perfect. That should say something in itself'' Dealing with Wesley Starnes two times now is a good experience because we know each other a little better and Wesley handles himself well and pretty much knows what to expect from me.
