The first thing I loved was the fact that at Modern motors, they do NOT have sales people there ready to pounce. We had experienced that at a prior dealership and chose to look elsewhere. Ali RIley was AWESOME! I never once felt pressured to agree to anything, including purchasing a car. He was informative, easy to speak with, very friendly, courteous, and didn't make me feel like he wanted a sale. When the initial price was out of our price range, he and Mark MacDonald, the financial person, were willing to work on the price with me, but (when I realized I liked a different car) found the car for me, in a lease. The monthly payment was below what I was looking for and I happily jumped at the offer. I would HIGHLY recommend you go to Modern motors in Thomaston, CT. if you are looking for a friendly, no pressure, sales team that is there for you and to get you into the car of your dreams!!! More
