Every question I had was answered, and every detail I needed attended to was taken care of as well. Mazda vehicles are definetly the way to go, they have a high quality product at a reasonable price. First time customer - great experience I was looking for a new Mazda and visited the dealers locally to me. At the same time, I reached out via the internet to some dealers that weren't as I was looking for a new Mazda and visited the dealers locally to me. At the same time, I reached out via the internet to some dealers that weren't as close. Kim got in touch with me quickly and from there the experience was great. She easily beat the price of the local dealers and almost everything was done via email. I showed up, drove the car, got my trade assessed and closed the deal. It was probably the best car buying experience I've had. Kim was great to work with - very friendly, very prompt and knowledgeable in her responses. It was almost an hour drive to get here, but well worth it. More

I then contacted (10) Dealerships on the internet, visited (4) in (3) days, and test drove (5) different car makes. Crystal Booth promptly responded to my internet inquiry and was well prepared for me when I came up to Modern Motors for a test drive. Crystal was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Mike McDonald, the Sale Director, was also great to work with and did an excellent job of pulling together all the paper work. I purchased a 2015 Mazda 3 Sport Hatchback.
