In February of 2015, salesperson Kim Gelada and the Marc MacDonald in the financing department did an excellent job with the lease of my 2015 Mazda 3. I have been a fan of Modern Mazda and their cars ever since. But as we know all too well, it's in times of trial and misfortune that true integrity and customer service excellence rise to the top. When my car got totaled and I felt like my world was spinning out of control, it was Kim and Marc who came to the rescue. In very short time, Kim got me into an other car and reassured me throughout the entire process that she "had my six." The very same can be said for Marc who guided me through the process with getting me back on the road. Both Kim and Marc ~ as well as the entire team at Mazda Motors ~ made me feel like all would be put right again. I live in Dutchess County, New York. But I drive an hour into Connecticut because I know that once I arrive at Modern Mazda I will be treated with dignity, respect, and like family. The service department gets us in and out quickly -- they even wash our vehicles when we bring our Mazdas in for their regular service.
