It had been a struggle to find the right car and more importantly, the right dealership. The staff here really turned it around for me - all were very knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all, honest. The sales consultants I worked with were great. Natalie was calm and relaxed and yet knowledgeable and thorough. Steve was so great when I took delivery; he made sure I understood everything about the car and the process. He is an upbeat, enthusiastic guy who was just so pleasant to work with. I am most grateful of all to Mike, Sales Manager, who was so proactive in listening to what I had been through and in really trying to make things so much easier for me. He was truly upfront about everything and I so appreciated being treated fairly and with straightforward honesty. Lastly, Tony was great as I signed the final papers.
