I have been a fan of Modern Mazda and their cars ever since. But as we know all too well, it's in times of trial and misfortune that true integrity and customer service excellence rise to the top. When my car got totaled and I felt like my world was spinning out of control, it was Kim and Marc who came to the rescue. In very short time, Kim got me into an other car and reassured me throughout the entire process that she "had my six." The very same can be said for Marc who guided me through the process with getting me back on the road. Both Kim and Marc ~ as well as the entire team at Mazda Motors ~ made me feel like all would be put right again. I live in Dutchess County, New York.
