After considerable research on various SUVs, I decided to purchase the 2021 Mazda CX5 signature trim. Recently, 3 vehicles came up for sale at different dealerships. Before making a decision, I wanted to drive each SUV. I started my day at Modern Mazda. My associate was Sal Bernacchi. I explained to him I was looking at 3 CX5s and I would like to take the SUV out for a drive. I liked Sal right off. He was soft-spoken, very polite and considerate. We went for a drive and Sal answered all my questions. By his detailed answers, he demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the vehicle. After the drive, we sat down and discussed the SUV. I had every intention of moving on but I really liked the atmosphere of this dealership. It was very relaxed, no hard sell. In your face sales associates. After meeting with the manager and agreeing on a price, I decided to end my search and go with the small town dealership and Sal. A week later I returned to. Modern Mazda to purchase the CX5 and Sal was out washing my windows on my SUV. My whole experience at Modern went very smoothly and I’m very happy with my purchase. Also, I’m glad I got to work Sal. He spent a long time explaining the variations and had me drive the Premium Plus. Hearing me explain my preferences he showed me the top-of-the-line 3.3 Turbo S Premium Plus which is what I settled on. He didn't try and sell me anything and rather listened to me and pointed me to what I desired in a driving experience. When I picked it up, he spent as much time as I needed explaining all the features, answering my questions and did the set ups for me. It was an easy experience. Good guy. More

I recently purchased a 2024 CX-5 Turbo edition from Modern Mazda and had a wonderful experience. They are a great group of people from sales to management to finance. It was a very stress free process. Eric Crosby was a great salesperson. He was super polite and patient and answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed and helped me with every step of the process including insurance. He was in constant communication with me throughout the whole process. He even came in on his day off to make sure the sale went smoothly which I greatly appreciated! Mike Belval was wonderful and oversaw every step and made me feel my business was valued and was very transparent about everything. He took my old lease and took care of everything for me. Nick Gagain was also a pleasure and answered all our questions and was very personable and knowledgeable.
