I left that day and Stephen communicated in a promptly manner until my car was ready to be picked up.(I had left a voicemail for the GM and he even called me while he was out and about on his day off). Once car was ready he let me know, and I came in. I thought I’d be there for hours, but I was not! Stephen and the business manager (Nick) moved quickly and efficiently to get me on the road with my new car. Lastly, as a female, I have had bad experiences at dealerships before with rude and pushy salesman. This was not the case here. Stephen and Nick were calm, friendly and did not push. Go pay them a visit for your next car purchase! More
Let me just start this review by saying that I absolutely loathe the "going to the car dealer" process, so please understand that my review comes from a place of skepticism and a pre-determined mistrust of a loathe the "going to the car dealer" process, so please understand that my review comes from a place of skepticism and a pre-determined mistrust of all things related to car buying. That being said, I cannot stress to you how easy and enjoyable the car buying process was at Modern Mazda! After several fairly miserable visits with other car dealers that day, I immediately felt a sense of calm and professionalism when I walked into the dealership and met with Natalie. Natalie represented everything that I think we all wish we had in every Vehicle Sales Consultant. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, personable, professional and most importantly - she listened to me and respected the information I shared regarding my needs/desires for my new vehicle purchase. Together with Mike ( who I believe is the Sales Director or Manager ), they worked quickly and efficiently to get me a deal that I was quite happy with and I walked away with the purchase of a new 2024 Mazda CX30 within an hour of arriving at Modern Mazda. Mike, like Natalie, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. No strong arm tactics here, no double talk and no letting me sit by myself endlessly waiting for some mysterious credit to be approved ( seriously -why do auto salespeople do that? ). Even the pick up process later that week was quite enjoyable. Nick handled the finance paperwork and was friendly, professional, transparent and clear about everything being signed. The highlight of picking up my new ride was the vehicle review by a wonderful young man named Sal. Sal meticulously and enthusiastically went through all of the features on the car. He gave me a fantastic tutorial with hints and tips and not once did he seem rushed or impatient with me despite my many, many questions. He really made the final impression and drive off of the lot feel like such a positive and exciting experience for me. Modern Mazda Executives would wise to keep this young man as a representative of their company. Please learn from my mistake of wasting time haggling with other dealers and make Modern Mazda your FIRST stop for a new vehicle. Ask for Natalie and be prepared to be delighted by the amazing features offered by the new Mazda's. More
After a not so great experience at a previous Mazda dealership, I contacted Modern Mazda and spoke with Gabriel who assisted me in getting into a new car. He put me in contact with Abbey at their dealership who made the leasing process seamless and hassle free. I didn't have to haggle back and forth to get pricing to a payment I was comfortable with. I arrived at the dealership to pick up my new car and everyone made the experience so easy. Every part of the process was explained to me and Steve at the dealership also was great at explaining the features of the new car. We ran into a minor issue in one of the tires as I was about to drive away but the sales manager was apologetic and they went above and beyond to get the car delivered to me next day. Highly recommend Modern Mazda if you want an ease of process. More

Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and did not pressure me at any point, but Angela in particular was amazing. I had a lot of questions during the process and she answered them all promptly. The personable Xavier Hull helped me through the buying process smoothly, taking time to answer my questions with no pressure. Not once did I feel like my used car purchase was any less important than a 30k new car. Nick, who takes care of the paperwork and the transference of plates was knowledgeable and efficient with the process. Since the mileage was high the purchase was an “as is” and no major work was done on the car but their detailing was fantastic. The owners of Modern Mazda know how to keep a customer with employees like Xavier Hull and Nick. More
