Car shopping? Supply chain issues? High demand/low inventory? Needless to say, I was not looking forward to doing this. Marc (the service advisor) put me in touch with Jose Medina in their sales department. Jose is great, very knowledgeable and no high pressure sales pitches to worry about; he made the whole process easy. The staff we worked with on purchase/pick up day were all friendly, professional and understanding. Jose called me a few days afterwards to check on how I liked the car and if I had any concerns; I am totally impressed with his follow through and genuine concern about my purchase. A++ on customer service! Thank you all for making this such a pleasant experience! More

I purchased a brand new CX-5 from here after seeing their inventory online. I had an awesome experience from the second I requested more information online about the specific car I was eyeing. Jen was my sales consultant and she made this process so easy! She handled everything and guided me through all insurance and DMV matters. I highly recommend this dealership in general but if you can have Jen walk you through the car buying experience you’re golden :) More

I was looking for a sedan with AWD either new or used with low mileage and sent a feeler email out to Brooke...believe it or not within 10 days she found the perfect Mazda 3 with AWD and unbelievably low with low mileage and sent a feeler email out to Brooke...believe it or not within 10 days she found the perfect Mazda 3 with AWD and unbelievably low mileage. She said she had me in mind when the vehicle came into the dealership and she was exactly right. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating and I never felt pressured or pushed. I had a difficult situation where I needed everything done out of state in order to meet deadlines to get my car to me on time. Everyone there took the measures to make sure this happened. Abbey was awesome- she answered any questions I had and made the process easy. David and Jessica helped as well, making sure that everything was taken care of so I could get my car shipped ASAP. They even overnighted necessary documents in order to meet deadlines. If you're looking to buy a car I would absolutely recommend Modern Mazda. More
Honestly, everything was great about my visit. Brooke listened to what I was looking for, and didn't try to push things that I didn't want or show interest in. Over the last week I have visited 5 different dealerships around central CT looking for a smaller awd SUV such as the CX-5 that I test drove, and ended up purchasing, and by far Modern Mazda was the best guest experience, regardless of what I thought of the location's vehicles. Nothing was robotic or "salesman-y", everything was very genuine. We had casual conversation while discussing the many different options and paths that one is presented with when buying a new car. They are truly transparent throughout the process, everything was on the table from the time I walked in. More
