I was deciding between a few different cars and Sal took his time to make sure I got to see and test drive everything before making my Sal Bernacchi. When I inquired about a vehicle that I was interested in, I was connected to Abby who would help me from there on out. Upon meeting in person all my doubt, nervousness, and worrying disappeared. Her friendly demeanor and truthful knowledge about the vehicle had me feeling confident about finally being at the right dealership. I didn't feel pressured or like I was just a number. She was extremely helpful in making the process easy and completely hassle free. I felt very comfortable with my decision and I appreciate her professionalism. My wife and I wanted to get both of our young adult children into much safer cars with modern safety features. Edward Shaker assigned us to Angela, who was fantastic, She spent the day with us taking u children into much safer cars with modern safety features. Edward Shaker assigned us to Angela, who was fantastic, She spent the day with us taking us on numerous test drives and got my two kids into two leases: A cx30 and a cx5. We helped with the lease down payments for Christmas, but the rest is our kids’ responsibility, so they had their own concerns. Angela was never pushy, she’s sharp as a tack, and is a hands-on gear-head who maintains her own, high-end performance cars. Her business card says, “I could build and sell your car.” I totally believe that she could. Angela really knows her stuff and the poor thing didn’t eat today making our deals happen.
