Just bought a new 2022 CX-5 through Modern Mazda and could not be any happier with my experience and purchase! Unlike the majority of car dealerships I've been to over the years, I was never once pressu could not be any happier with my experience and purchase! Unlike the majority of car dealerships I've been to over the years, I was never once pressured by my salesperson Abbey. It sounds cliche, but she honestly made the car buying experience pleasurable. Before going to Abbey, my old car was on its last leg. I wanted to be prepared to pull the trigger on a new car when my beater finally broke down for good. Instead of pressuring me to make an immediate purchase, Abbey understood and respected my timeline and situation. She answered every question I needed answered and kept me updated with the ever-changing inventory. When the time came to finally make the pruchase, we were able to come to a deal within minutes. Like I said earlier, I could not be more happy with my experience with Abbey and Modern Mazda in general. As long as they keep up this no-pressure approach, they will surely have my business for years to come! Besides Abbey, the rest of the staff there are great. The young girl Jessica is not only GREAT at her job, but you could tell she truly has passion in what she does. I could not recommend this place enough. More

I was looking for a new car, not sure what kind, but my daughter had just purchased a Mazda 3 a few month's earlier and she was very happy with it. I called Modern that afternoon and told them I wanted a Mazda 3 hatchback, I talked to John "Fish" Salmon, he told me they had just gotten one in., I told him the colors I would be interested in, and it was just what I wanted. I think they were surprised, when I told them I would be down to put a down payment on it. When I got there they had the car ready for me to test drive, I told them it would not be necessary. I sat down with John "Fish" Salmon to discuss the car, "fish" is a very knowledgeable person and knows his cars, you can't help but like this guy. Best car dealer I have ever worked with. More
