I just recently purchased a Cx-5 from another dealer and my car was just fine. I just needed a spare FOB because mine didn’t have a spare. I came to Modern Mazda in Thomaston,CT today and the service tech my car was just fine. I just needed a spare FOB because mine didn’t have a spare. I came to Modern Mazda in Thomaston,CT today and the service techs put my car on a lift and started to inspect it without my permission and me knowing till they sent me a work authorization. I was so mad because all I wanted was a spare fob and that’s all I signed for. NOT, for them to do an inspection and go through my vehicle and basically boarder line vandalize my vehicle. That is very poor customer service. Never going back there again. I am taking my business elsewhere. More

We just completed our second purchase of a Mazda CX5, replacing our previous CX5 vehicle. We were so happy that salesman Jose Medina was not yet retired as he is so knowledgeable, helpful, and straightfo replacing our previous CX5 vehicle. We were so happy that salesman Jose Medina was not yet retired as he is so knowledgeable, helpful, and straightforward. We wouldn't dream of buying a car from anyone else! There are no games played, just honest information exchanged. We always feel well treated, respected, and welcomed. Jose answered our questions, negotiated a couple add-ons for us , was always prompt to return our calls. Any info we needed, he obtained for us. Jessica, from the finance area, was also super knowledgeable and helpful regarding warranty information. A truly great experience all the way around. Cannot say enough good things about these two , both true assets to the Modern Mazda dealership. More
