I just got my first Mazda — the CX-5 — 3 days ago and I absolutely love it. It handles beautifully and is super comfortable inside with lots of space and great technology that is user-friendly and easy to absolutely love it. More importantly, it was my Mazda experience that was truly extraordinary. I have had a 30-year relationship with GM that I found was lacking in both customer service and in recognizing the value of a loyal customer. I decided to spend time looking at several smaller SUVs. I did the research, I made appointments. Mazda was my first stop to speak with a sales rep and take a test drive. I’m so glad I didn’t waste another minute shopping around. As far as a sales experience, it was the single best one I’ve ever had. Steve Duffy was my sales specialist and I recommend him without hesitation. He could not have been more pleasant and explained in good detail the differences between their SUVs, ran some lease numbers for me right there, and we took the CX-5 out for a drive. No pressure — just informative, welcoming, friendly and 100% professional. If you are looking to make a change in the vehicle you drive, you owe it to yourself to call Modern Mazda and make an appointment with Steve. You have everything to gain! I WOULD GIVE STEVE AND MODERN MAZDA 10 STARS IF I COULD BECAUSE 5 STARS SEEMS WAY TOO LOW! More

It was an excellent experience buying a new car at Modern Mazda (CX-5 Carbon Edition). Steve Duffy was great (knowledgeable, patient, and helpful).
