I could not have been more pleased with my experience at modern mazda. From the moment I carried and some with Natalie and inquired about a CX-9 I saw online, scheduled a test drive with her and before yo modern mazda. What really WOW'd me was that it was POURING rain when I got there and they had the car in their service garage so that I could look at the car without being drenched. I have been looking for a CX-5 with a specific trim and a specific color combo for over a year, went into Modern Mazda one day to order a part for our Mazda 3 and on a whim went over to the sales side where specific color combo for over a year, went into Modern Mazda one day to order a part for our Mazda 3 and on a whim went over to the sales side where we were greeted by Steve. I told him all about my search and the bumps in the road I encountered along the way and he immediately got to work to find the vehicle that always seemed to elude me. He found a white CX-5 with my desired trim on their site that was in transit but, unlike the previous dealership I dealt with, suggested that I leave a refundable deposit to hold the car (GENIUS IDEA STEVE!!!, one that wasn’t presented to me in the past). I was unsure of how I would like the black interior because I thought I wanted parchment until Steve found a different model on the lot for me to take a look at to see how the color combo would look in person and I was sold! My vehicle arrived at the dealership on schedule and I was able to pick her up Monday. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my purchase and EXTREMELY thankful for Steve who went above and beyond to ensure that I got the car of my dreams! The team at Modern Mazda made the entire process so easy and stress-free, they definitely have made very loyal customers out of our family! More

I was 100 percent pleased with my recent car purchase with Natalie at Modern Mazda. Though I was very familiar with the make and model of the car I ultimately purchased, this was my first car-buying expe with Natalie at Modern Mazda. Though I was very familiar with the make and model of the car I ultimately purchased, this was my first car-buying experience in which I didn't actually meet the dealer or see the car before I arrived to sign and pick it up. But Natalie was so responsive that it felt like I knew her before we ever met face to face. She answered every question I had in an extremely timely manner from my initial inquiry to the moment I drove away with my shiny, new vehicle. She even followed up the following day to be sure everything was okay and that I was pleased with my purchase. My car is perfect, Natalie.
