She did all the paperwork and even communicated directly with our car insurance company. Everything she did made our experience easy and enjoyable. I learned that the sales personnel do not work on commission, so we never felt pressured to upgrade or choose a different car. By the time we were done, Modern Mazda had completely set up the insurance and financing and even put on the new license plates before we left the lot. We will definitely be going back when we're in need of a new car. More
