This was my first car buying experience and Modern Mazda made it super easy and enjoyable. Very friendly staff. No one in my family had ever had a Mazda so I just didn't think much about them. The test drive of a Mazda cx5 and the friendliness/honesty of the staff was much different than I had experienced anywhere else. My individual sales rep Jordan was awesome, very knowledgeable about all of the different models, and honest about the differences between each and what was the best bang for my buck in my budget. The manager was great too and made the time to say hello and keep tabs on my situation. Car buying can be an intimidating or shady experience and Modern made sure it was the exact opposite of that. I will be recommending the brand and this particular location to anyone who will listen. More
