It had been a struggle to find the right car and more importantly, the right dealership. The staff here really turned it around for me - all were very knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all, honest. The sales consultants I worked with were great. Natalie was calm and relaxed and yet knowledgeable and thorough. Steve was so great when I took delivery; he made sure I understood everything about the car and the process. He is an upbeat, enthusiastic guy who was just so pleasant to work with. I am most grateful of all to Mike, Sales Manager, who was so proactive in listening to what I had been through and in really trying to make things so much easier for me. He was truly upfront about everything and I so appreciated being treated fairly and with straightforward honesty. Lastly, Tony was great as I signed the final papers. Great experience with our Product Consultant, Stephen Duffy, purchasing our 2024 CX-5. The need for a new CX-5 was necessitated by the untimely demise of our still great looking and still great running Duffy, purchasing our 2024 CX-5. The need for a new CX-5 was necessitated by the untimely demise of our still great looking and still great running (with over 217,000 miles on the odom) 2016 CX-5, which was T-Boned and totaled by a careless Subaru driver. Stephen Duffy is very professional and knowledgeable with an easy, honest and friendly manner. He takes the time to listen to the customer and explain everything you need to know about the purchase, as well as ensuring it is clearly understood. Even though the need for a new vehicle was triggered by an unhappy experience, Stephen made the purchase of our new 2024 a pleasurable one. I would give Stephen a 10 out of 10. More

By far, the best car shopping experience ever! I went to several dealerships in Fairfield and New Haven Counties before finding Modern Mazda. I called ahead as I was deciding between 2 pre-owned a I went to several dealerships in Fairfield and New Haven Counties before finding Modern Mazda. I called ahead as I was deciding between 2 pre-owned and I live about 40 minutes away. Xavier answered my questions and called me back to let me know both were available. When I arrived, we took a test drive in both cars. Then started the buying process. There was never any sales pressure. Xavier was straight forward and honest. The GM Edward stopped in to speak with me. This is a family run business and you can tell they are invested in the company. They also own a few other dealerships, so you could probably find the make and model you want at one of the family's dealerships. Nick who processed the sale was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The dealer fees are the lowest I have found. I am so happy with my purchase and will definitely be back for my next car and I am telling all my friends - this is the dealership to go to. More
