My salesman, Steve Duffy, was the MOST PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLIEST, PATIENT and KNOWLEDGEABLE, sales person I’ve ever done business with. He was never once pushy, always had an answer for EVER question I FRIENDLIEST, PATIENT and KNOWLEDGEABLE, sales person I’ve ever done business with. He was never once pushy, always had an answer for EVER question I asked, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. He was patient and helpful and really made me feel at ease. He knew Mazdas inside and out and thought to tell me things before and after my purchase that I wouldn’t even have thought to ask. The whole experience was not only enjoyable but also very informative. I bought my car from him that very day and couldn’t be happier!!! I had planned on shopping around, but once I stepped into Modern Mazda, I knew immediately I wouldn’t need to go anywhere else. I LOVE my CX 5 Touring and LOVED the way I was treated at Modern Mazda from everyone who took care of me from beginning to end. Nick Gagain, the business manager, personally handled all of my financials and even went above and beyond the call of duty by putting me in touch with a great insurance agent. I can’t say enough great things about Nick, he never pressured me to accept any thing I wasn’t comfortable with and worked EXTREMELY hard to put me in the car of my dreams. Without him I wouldn’t have been able to drive away with an amazing vehicle. And his sound financial advice helped me understand completely, my interest and loan responsibilities. Not the best experience. They are selling pre owned cars before going through service inspection. Deposited on car, inspected after was not told car had not been inspected. Costly repair comes up then they want $1000 more for the car while at the SAME time listing the car online for $500 less than deposited for. Lots of excuses and xx. Sadly would not go back to this dealer they are obviously just pushing out sales so not trust worthy. Sales person was great so not her fault this is all at the sales manager level. More
