Beth Zaskey provided top notch customer service from the first phone call to the last signature. The initial numbers didn’t align to where I preferred them to, but Beth and the General Manager worked with me to come to a realistic compromise. Their offer for my trade was reasonable and I didn’t have to put down any more money than I had identified up front. After 3 hours, the entire experience was over and I drove off the lot with the model, trim and color CX-50 I wanted. It’s an hour commute to Modern Mazda but their professionalism, transparency and charisma are worth it. Beth and the modern Mazda team provided the best car experience of my life and I will no longer patron any other Mazda dealership future forward. More
