The Mazda won out for several reasons, but what a pleasure it was to deal with the folks at Modern. It's a bit of a hike for us, we live in the Northwest Corner, but the Mazda got good reviews. Buying a new car is always stressful, but the folks at Mazda were not pushy, but clearly they are proud of their product. This is our first Mazda, I hope it lasts for many years, and when we're shopping for another we definitely will make the drive to Thomaston. Thank you for such good service! More

First time customer - great experience I was looking for a new Mazda and visited the dealers locally to me. At the same time, I reached out via the internet to some dealers that weren't as I was looking for a new Mazda and visited the dealers locally to me. At the same time, I reached out via the internet to some dealers that weren't as close. Kim got in touch with me quickly and from there the experience was great. She easily beat the price of the local dealers and almost everything was done via email. I showed up, drove the car, got my trade assessed and closed the deal. It was probably the best car buying experience I've had. Kim was great to work with - very friendly, very prompt and knowledgeable in her responses. It was almost an hour drive to get here, but well worth it. More
