So dissatisfied with your service department, I have spoken to several people including the service manager without any results. The lady in charge of coordinating valet pick up has always been rude and would never return call, name shayanne. On two occasions the lady that answered on main line put me on hold and went to her desk to make sure she would talk to me. I’ve been without my Gv80 this time for over 4 weeks and the time before that over 2 weeks. I also spoke to a salesman with maybe a chance of trading in and he all but laughed at me.. This is the second Genesis that I’ve owned and the reason that I purchased the second because of the outstanding service and the vehicle outstanding Quality.

This is obviously a generic response as noted in my complaint I’ve made several attempts to speak to someone in regards to my complaint. It will be 5 weeks on July 28th that my vehicle had been in your service department. Genesis customer service was made aware of my complaint and felt like someone from the service department would be contacting me. Not to my surprise that you haven’t and are responding to this due to my written complaint. I’ve paid another car payment for a car I have no access to. You have all my contact information so if you would like to reach out to I will be more that happy to discuss my concerns.
