Spare key service. Came in to make a spare key for a newly purchased used Volvo S80. The quoted price was the price I paid, about $350. When we drove it to the dealership we noticed the airbag light and washer fluid lights were on. This is my son’s car and he recently switched out lights with LEDs. Per some online sites we were pretty certain the airbag light was caused by my son playing with the electrical system. Nonetheless I didn’t say anything to the dealership about those two things but when I picked up the car and drove it home both light were off! Nice to see they fixed easy problems without charging me or even trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill. Would trust this dealership to do further work. More

He was able to schedule time to replace the window infrastructure that had failed.. Although a rather pricey fix, who can ignore a window that won’t go up! I was able to pick my car up the same day. Timmy saved all the ruined parts that needed to be replaced in a bag for us to see. Tim is such a great mechanic, my son named his son Tim when he was born late in July! The General Manager, Kyle, was involved from the very beginning and walked me through all of the options without pressuring me. He genuinely wanted me to be satisfied and I feel like he truly cared about making me happy. Since our purchase, I received a thank you call from Alane and a hand-written card and call from Kyle personally! You will never find service or professionalism like this anywhere else!
