DO NOT go to this dealership.I had a terrible experience DO NOT go to this dealership. I had a terrible experience when trying to buy a CPO Volvo XC60. I set up an appointment with a person named Dani Do DO NOT go to this dealership. I had a terrible experience when trying to buy a CPO Volvo XC60. I set up an appointment with a person named Dani Donato after finding the car advertised online. When I went to the dealership, a woman named Alane Comerford showed me the vehicle-Dani was not there. I went back again in the afternoon and made the decision to purchase the car. The Finance person-Dominic Paternostro was extremely pushy for me to decide the financing in his office that night. It was Thursday evening-I wanted a day to think about my finance options, so I put the maximum deposit down, signed the contract and planned to go back on Monday to finalize the deal. That night, after being asked a question about a dent in the car, Dominic sent an incredibly unprofessional text telling me the car was not for me and told me they would refund me my nonrefundable deposit. On Saturday evening at 5PM (two days after I signed the contract), I received a text from Dominic telling me that they were not honoring our contract and that they would be refunding my deposit. His pre-text for this breach was that I had not finalized my financing with them. Almost immediately the car was back on their website for more than our agreed upon purchase price.The contract never stated I had to finalize the financing within 5 days. Dominic and his staff are incredibly rude and lack integrity. It was a horrible and very stressful experience and will never go back to this dealership. They treat their customers like they do not want their business and the whole process seemed very sketchy. More

Awesome experience! This was as easy a car buying experience as you could hope for! Came in on Saturday and found the car we wanted. They don’t really negotiate but the asking price was better than w experience as you could hope for! Came in on Saturday and found the car we wanted. Next thing you know we drive home in our new XC60 and couldn’t be happier. From the minute we walked in we were treated with respect and they made the experience something enjoyable. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends! More
