I traveled to Mitchell Volvo over hundred miles because they happened to have configuration I was looking for and were somewhat more "up-front" with their pricing that other dealers. It took two trips to get it all done though and at delivery I felt disrespected. I was told I needed to wait because another customer whose appointment was coming up soon could not possibly be asked to wait. Yes, they already charged my credit card. No big deal. What came after however is harder to swallow. A feature in my car required activation with AT&T that the dealer failed to complete prior to delivery. Four calls over a period of several days, four messages left with the receptionist and four promises of quick resolution. In return, nothing, crickets. True colors. Very disappointed. More
