I upgraded my daily driver with Brad and Tallie back in July. I was very impressed with the customer service experience I recieved during my vehicle purchase. And it doesn't stop there! Mike the service representative is the BEST!!! I have dealt with him for years and he is the most customer oriented person I know. He always gives you the facts with NO Holiday Inn surprises. Ross Banura = Bad , Joe = Good Joe was great, like so many reviews, so he gets all the stars, Lost a customer. I leased a 2015 Nissan Leaf and when I returned it was dinged for a sc Joe was great, like so many reviews, so he gets all the stars, Lost a customer. I leased a 2015 Nissan Leaf and when I returned it was dinged for a scratch on the bumper. However, the inspection company refused to come out to my house to do an pre-inspection could have documented this to me and fixed any issues. There was no way for me to verify this actually occured. Ross Bonura refused to help and gave 1 word answers every time I would talk to him or ask a question about this. Also they did not have a newer version of the Leaf in when I turned mine in. Simple planning he could have made another lease/sale! More
