Everytime I come here I get told everything wrong with my car. I take it somewhere else and none of the things that were said are wrong. Brought my car for an oil change and I knew exactly what needed to be car. I take it somewhere else and none of the things that were said are wrong. Brought my car for an oil change and I knew exactly what needed to be done but whoever changed my oil did not see that my motor mount was broken. I had to bring it to their attention and mind u it is part of the service. So one of the reps came out seen it was broken and apparently apologize for someone else wrong doing. I’m not careful with getting oil changes anymore bc now I feel they are purposely trying to Damage my car so I would buy a new one. It’s unfair for women to be told one thing and when a man take it somewhere else none of the issues are accurate. I expect to be treated like a valued customer and now I don’t think I will ever buy from Nissan again. More
