Everything seemed pretty straightforward. Was sent a list of recommended actions that needed to be taken. One of the actions was to replace the sparkplugs. At a cost of around 250 dollars. I just changed the sparkplugs the Sunday prior to my appointment. That gave me the impression that they just try to make money and don't even actually check what they are suggesting to be done. More
