Overall, it was good experience. Ryan made sure I received all due outs and continues to follow up with me for needed items. There was an initial disconnect with vehicle CPO and warranty that caused received all due outs and continues to follow up with me for needed items. There was an initial disconnect with vehicle CPO and warranty that caused some minor frustration but we were able to work through it and finalize the sale. I would have preferred not to have my credit ran and be presented with financing options when I had established that I did not need Nissan financing. More
