They are very courteous and if I need anything other than regular maintenance they let me know. They always take the time to review what is needed and the costs. I scheduled a 4pm appt online, I arrived 10 min early. I was approached (not greeted) he says" we were wondering when you would get here, we are running behind so you are probably not gonna be able to get I was approached (not greeted) he says" we were wondering when you would get here, we are running behind so you are probably not gonna be able to get a wash today. I stated that was fine. The same guy comes inside to tell me that NEXT TIME I would probably need brakes because they don't have time today.why offer a 4pm appt if I am going to be made to seem like a inconvenience.
