New truck sales Mitchell RAM dealership is very easy to work with. I had previously bought a 2012 RAM 3500 when it was under older ownership and both times the sales Mitchell RAM dealership is very easy to work with. Paul was wonderful to work with. But the process was horrible. We were there for 6 hours mostly just waiting. Then got called to come back twice because we weren't given all the paperwork to sign the fi horrible. We were there for 6 hours mostly just waiting. Then we found out that the vehicle we bought couldnt be certified because it had been in an accident. Love the salesman but we will not be buying another vehicle from Mitchell.
