My name is Bob Schoenfeld, Fixed Operations Manager for Mitchell Auto Group. First, I would like to make sure I have the correct customer. Is this Mr. and Mrs. Whitehead? If so, I have read over the notes of your previous service visits. Regarding the AC, I do not see anything that mentions an AC condition that could not be repaired. Also, I do not see a 2018 Jeep Wrangler in your name that we have serviced. So I am confused on that part of your review. However, no matter the issue(s), I definitely want to correct your vehicle concerns if possible. As far as the paint situation, the manufacturer has a set of guidelines that we have to follow. In doing so, the manufacturer has determined that your paint issue is not a factory defect. Now, the next step, should you want to appeal this decision, would be to contact the support line. We can assist with this. I realize you are frustrated, but I hope you understand that we are obligated to follow the manufacturer’s set procedures for any claim, be it mechanical or paint.
