Started good ended not so good When the truck was delivered to my house, I didn't drive it till next morning notice crack in windshield. Called on Monday called took the truck back When the truck was delivered to my house, I didn't drive it till next morning notice crack in windshield. Called on Monday called took the truck back on Friday wont be to bring the truck back on Monday for the windshield man to look at to see if it can be fixed. the other problem no operates manuals in the truck. I did buy a used truck its 2018 with only 22,000 miles. I felt like they should have made some kind of offer to help me get the book replaced even if I had to pay dealer cost. Because it was used did seem to be interested in making any suggestions. Made a sale end of story. With the windshield I wont be spending my days at a dealer waiting to see what is going to happen. I called my windshield man he scheduled a time to come out to replace the windshield. now I am looking for a dealer that I can depend on because I will be replacing my wife 2018 Dodge Journey next year. More
