Very poor service dept management. We had to call every day to check to see if they had even LOOKED AT our vehicle. We explained that we were on vacation and had broken down in Enterpr We had to call every day to check to see if they had even LOOKED AT our vehicle. We explained that we were on vacation and had broken down in Enterprise, AL and were 2 hours away in Florida and needed to get back home at the end of the week. We had the vehicle towed there on Saturday night since they were the nearest Jeep dealer. We showed up at the dealership Monday before 8 AM to tell them the vehicle was there and why. They never offered us a rental vehicle at all or even a time when it would be looked at. And again, we had to constantly call then to see if it had even been diagnosed. We finally had to get the general manager involved and he apparently lit a fire under them. The service dept appears to have very poor time management. We were told there was only 1 tech and that's a whole other problem. They could have diagnosed our car, ordered the parts and then resumed work on another vehicle. Again, that tells me they have no time management skills. We were glad we got the general manager involved or we might still be waiting for our vehicle. More

I have my there to be worked on, if I want to buy a new vehicle I would let someone know. For a sales person to call me after I have dropped off my vehicle for service is rude and predatory.
