First time buying a used car I was looking for a used Toyota Rav 4 online and came across one at Mini of Dutchess. I liked that they had many pictures to view. This seven year old car looked almost new and that's what brought me in to see it (and the low mileage). I called and set up a test drive with Todd. The day of the drive he was super friendly and punctual. We drove for a good 15 minutes going different speeds, braking, and learning where "things" were located in the car. I didn't feel rushed at all. He knew I was on a budget and did not push me higher or to buy something other than what I wanted. He answered all my questions and I felt he was an honest person. He did call to follow up the next day. I told him that I would take the car. However, I did look at other models at other dealerships first, so it made my decision easier. I would recommend Mini of Dutchess in a heartbeat...ask for Todd. More

Fantastic from start to finish I recently leased an executive 2017 white mini sport convertible. When I got home, I realized there was an area on the front hood (part of the sport I recently leased an executive 2017 white mini sport convertible. When I got home, I realized there was an area on the front hood (part of the sport version) that would prevent us from wrapping the car in our business brand. I was in a full panic all night, getting very little sleep. I arrived at the dealership the next morning before the showroom opened to explain my situation. They were incredibly compassionate, and assured me that they would do whatever they could. I was able to drive off with a new mini convertible that fit all my needs within 3 hours. My salesman Ed Torregrossa, was amazing through the process of purchasing the two cars. Lance the business manager was so patient even though he had to cancel the first transaction, and start again. None of this would have been possible without Michael Tornatore the General Sales Manager. I also dealt with Mark the service advisor who was there when I first arrived. He kept assuring me everything would be ok:) You just don't find this kind of customer service anymore. It was very refreshing. You better believe in 3 years when my lease runs out, I will be back.
