Every single one of my experiences there have been nothing short of excellent. From their service team, who without question, explain in detail what is needed and never make you feel like you’re bothering them when you bombard them with a million questions. To the ladies at the welcome/reception area, who are always friendly and helpful. To my latest experience, which by far has been the most wonderful. The Sales and Finance Department, Perry, Mike and Lance, you guys rock and I am beyond grateful for your help! More

When a pre-owned arrived with everything I wanted (manual hardto, led headlights, snappy color) I went to the dealership for the first time in person to check it out. The car was great but I wanted to be sure about my choice and Suditi generously encouraged me to test drive every model I wanted to consider. I have never experienced such a friendly and understanding car purchase experience! I must have driven 5 cars but ended up with my snappy blue flash hardtop and enjoy driving it everyday, always getting lots of compliments. I cannot say enough good things about my expetience with Suditi at Mini of Dutchess. I highly recommend them. More

Excellent I week ago I went to look at the Mini Cooper.. I have been eyeing them for quite some time. I usually lease of purchase a car every 3-4 years I wasn't I week ago I went to look at the Mini Cooper.. I have been eyeing them for quite some time. I usually lease of purchase a car every 3-4 years I wasn't sure which one I wanted., soI decided to look at them on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. Most people find if you are just looking and the dealership is opened you feel the pressure of the salesperson. Looking around at that time just lead to more questions. Fortunately I parts manager was there Giovanii, who answered my questions and gave me the a names of a few salespeople. I returned the next week with my boyfriend to speak Todd. Todd was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He help me find the perfect Mini for me. He then introduced me to Lance, the gentleman who handles the financing. ( usually this is were the nightmare begins ) To my surprise, Lance was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything throughly and help me make the best choices. He also informed me about all the wonderful services the dealership had to offer. The people at this dealership are truly a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone. This dealership is fantastic! I was hours away from picking up a new Mini at a different dealership but found a car that I had to see at Mini of Dutchess County. I drove 1.5 hours I was hours away from picking up a new Mini at a different dealership but found a car that I had to see at Mini of Dutchess County. I drove 1.5 hours to get there just to be sure that the car they had was everything I expected it to be and boy was I satisfied! Perry was especially attentive and knowledgeable about the Mini and did everything necessary to make sure my purchase experience was completely pleasurable. They managed to get all the paperwork done and the car cleaned up for me so I could drive it home in only a few hours! I would love to continue to visit this dealership for service because I know that Max would have taken good care of me... but unfortunately, I'm over an hour away. I completely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Mini... they go above and beyond the call! More

He listened to what I was looking for and served as a consultant - not a salesman - in delivering on my preferences. He knows the current engine and transmission technologies that auto manufacturers are promoting and was able to contrast/compare the pros and cons. Perry's knowledge and 30 years of experience established trust and credibility in the entire process. After the paperwork was complete with a very efficient and thorough finance manager - Lance - I was given a complete overview of the car by Perry. He was patient with all my questions and I never felt rushed. I will buy here again and give Perry my business. Fair price for an outstanding car. I'm happy. More
