We thought we were stopping to check Mini off of our list of possible cars but were so impressed with the quality and the way we were treated that we were sold. Perry was well versed in the extras that were available and focused on the things Mini had to offer instead of why we didn't want a different car. The only negative piece of our experience was when we went to do the final paperwork. The additional protection programs were not discussed until this point in the sale and increased our 'out the door' cost more than we were ready for. Learn from our mistake and ask the questions about the additional lease protection programs prior to pick up. Overall, I will go back and I love the way my Mini Countryman handles! More

Thankfully he stuck by my side and helped me through the process and I was able to get the car I wanted. Lance is by far not the typical uncomfortable, pushy, slimly, and over aggressive finance manager. He is like the friend you grew up with that after not seeing for awhile you meet up and its like the two of you never missed a beat.
