I was looked after by Mark Mozdziez who explained everything in a clear, concise and intelligent manner. It transpired that the repair was covered by a voluntary expansion of coverage by MINI. I was very impressed. All staff were very polite and the center was spotlessly clean. Sales person Todd On 1/16/18 I drove out of Mini of Dutchess with my first ever Certified Mini Cooper. My experience was great with Todd, there was no pressure to buy, On 1/16/18 I drove out of Mini of Dutchess with my first ever Certified Mini Cooper. My experience was great with Todd, there was no pressure to buy, no sneaky fees, just an honest sales person assisting me in choosing the right car. When you go to a car dealer it’s nerve racking, you have to be on guard but it was nothing like that at Mini of Dutchess. Todd made me feel at home and gave me a great deal for my Mini. When it was time to sign the documents there where no sneaky dealer fees, just a $75 dollar document fee which is really low compared to other dealers who want to charge you a ridiculous $450 to $500. I also received a lower interest rate from Mini than what my bank was giving me. If you want a great deal, no sneaky fees, no pressure to buy than go see Todd at Mini of Dutchess 😁 Mini of Dutchess has a new lifelong customer.
