Incompetent or Liars - Not sure which is worse I originally contacted MINI of Dutchess County because there was water saturating my driver and passenger floor boards. I arranged to leave my car wi I originally contacted MINI of Dutchess County because there was water saturating my driver and passenger floor boards. I arranged to leave my car with them for a week while they investigated the problem and I rented a car since they didn't have any loaners. I was told towards the end of the week that they performed A/C water tests and couldn't find anything wrong with car. I was asked if I had left the windows or moon roof open for any period of time which I hadn't. Also the car is not parked exposed to the elements. After a week, I picked up the car but a few days later, the problem reappeared. I contacted them again and arranged to bring the car back for service where I waited for a 2nd assessment. This time the problem was acknowledged and I was specifically told that water is building up in this "box" where a variety of A/C & heater core components converge however I was told that MINI is aware of this problem but doesn't have a solution for it yet and my name would be added to a folder that was created for owners suffering from the same problem. I was also told not to run the A/C beyond 2 LED bars on its controls. While disappointed, I was understanding and went home. The more I thought about it, it didn't make much sense. I contacted MINI of Westchester, spoke with their service advisor and after describing the problem, he knew what it was immediately, informing me that there was a service bulletin regarding this exact issue indicating that it's most probably an a/c clog. I arranged to bring it down to them. MINI of Westchester did their water tests and determined the A/C drain to be faulty. They removed and replaced the A/C drain, micro filter, performed A/C evaporator flush, odor remover and a/c cleaning. I contacted MINI of Dutchess because I wanted to update them as to the remedy of this problem that they should indeed have access to the same service bulletin information but I've yet to receive a return call from them after leaving my information with, I believe, a receptionist. I feel bad for the owners with the same problem that may be sitting in that "folder." MINI of Dutchess should pay me for my car rental. Also, I forgot to mention that the first time I picked up the car, it wasn't washed like they claim that they do for their customers which makes me wonder if any sort of water test was done in the first place. My car is still under its original warranty. Now go re-read the subject line above. Pathetic and time consuming. More

The car I was purchasing needed major detailing, when I saw it on the morning of pick up I was blown away by how beautiful the car looked!! Alex I believe was constantly overseeing everything and ensuring that everything was spot on for me the morning of pickup!!! I really can't say enough about her it was by far the best customer service I have ever received!! Before I left I just had to hug her she took good car of me and my car!!! I even asked to speak to the manager as being in customer myself I know how important it is for customers to feel valued and she exceeded that in every way shape and form!!!
