I dealt with Spiro Bogris who was always prompt, knowledgeable, reliable with no "double talk". When we arrived we were very impressed with the quality of all the vehicles offered for sale, the cleanliness of the whole facility and the professional attitude of every staff member we interacted with. Spiro Bogris had everything ready without a single glitch. When he presented the vehicle to us I have to clearly state that the Mini Cooper was in better condition than I imagined. It was a 2012 that looked showroom new. Right down to the brakes, tires, paint and so on. Spiro spent lots of time showing every option and how to use them. We did not feel rushed at any time. We completed the paperwork with Lance Aiello who also took the time to explain every form we signed and explained all available services/warranties we inquired about and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. We have bought many new and used cars and I must say that this was truly one of the best buying experiences ever. It is clear that the whole dealership takes pride in providing exceptional quality automobiles and a memorable buying experience.
