Top notch experience-Sentra Lease I had a 2016 Sentra that I leased from another dealer that I was ready to trade in for another lease. I was not very happy with my original dealer a I had a 2016 Sentra that I leased from another dealer that I was ready to trade in for another lease. I was not very happy with my original dealer and decided to try elsewhere. I Contacted Miller Nissan and initially dealt with Amanda. After a few back and forth emails and phone calls to negotiate terms and price of a new lease I set an appointment to come in and lease the new vehicle with Juan as my salesman. The day for my scheduled visit was like a nightmare. I was overloaded at work, and received a message from Paula, who let me know my credit was frozen when she tried to run my credit check (I froze it right after the big Target store hacking incident and never called Equifax to unfreeze it.) I spent about an hour with Equifax and finally got my credit unfrozen. I called Paula back and we finally got the ball rolling. I started driving to the dealer and got jammed in traffic and called Juan who was totally understanding. Then, while on the way to the dealer I got a text from my sister that my mother had to be admitted to the hospital. I was starting to get totally stressed out! I was expecting to arrive at Miller Nissan and get hit with some shady sales tactics like you often get at other car dealers. Not at Miller! I finally arrived 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment and were greeted by Juan and Amanda. I told Juan about my mother, and he guided me to Paula to get my paperwork done and promised to get me in and out quick so I could go see my mom. All the paperwork was in order and ready to go when I arrived. Paula walked me through all the figures and documents.. There were no nasty surprises or hidden charges. She got me through all the paperwork quickly then got Juan to go over the new car with me. I handed over my check and old keys, Juan showed me all the features on new Sentra, and got the plates transferred from the old vehicle. I didn't even take the car for a test drive, It was a brand new car and I know how a Sentra drives. As an extra favor, Juan scheduled a time for me to come in to transfer and install my bike hitch from my old car to the new car at no charge. Juan walked me around the dealership and introduced me to the service department and all of the other employees. He showed me where I could get free coffee and snacks when I come to the dealer for service. I cracked a few jokes with him that I would pop in for some freebies when I was in the neighborhood. I then thanked him and hurried off in my new car to go see my mom in the hospital. Overall, my experience with Amanda, Juan and Paula were top-notch. They are true professionals, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I took extra business cards from Juan and told him I would definitely recommend Miller Nisan to anyone I know that is looking for a car. Friendly, honest, professional service at a fair price. More

Their phones never worked properly, they did not return messages, someone called me about the wrong car and hung up on me when I was excitedly awaiting a call about the arrival of my car, When I called to speak to sales manager Mike to get clarity on a number of issues, he was rude and did not acknowledge the problems on their end but made it my fault. Then he passed the call on to a salesman when he had previously promised to handle my problem personally. I had been in a very bad car accident and been housebound for 7 mos. and crippled. I was excited about buying a new car and being well. I love my car but I seriously considered canceling the sale and going somewhere else. Prior to this sale, they sold the car on the floor I told them I wanted to pay cash for and had agreed to come back that day as my ride could not stay. They agreed to pick me up. I called 3 times and though I left messages, no one returned my call. It seemed the left hand did not know what the right was doing and they just could not get anything right without my having to keep going back. It was a very unpleasant purchase experience. I have bought and leased many cars over the years and never have witnessed such unprofessional, rude and inept customer service. More

My salesperson Brian Long, was a phenomenal help to me and my family as we looked for the perfect Mid-sized SUV. Brian was courteous, patient, professional and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his professionalism throughout our visit. There were NO pushy sales tactics to get us to sign or buy the same day like at most dealerships. He told us, the Good, The Bad and The Ugly about each vehicle. He was completely upfront and honest and I have to say that I really respected that about him. Brian gave us a few options and told us to come back when we were ready to make a decision. I appreciated working with someone with clear integrity. I must say Brain truly offered superior customer service and care, today. We had a very pleasant car shopping experience with Brian, which ultimately motivated to us buy our Brand New 2019 Nissan Rogue sport. After I shared with Brian what type of vehicle I was looking to purchase, He got right to work and immediately offered me a number of Great selections to choose from off the lot. He was Extremely patient as I asked to test drive each and Every single car option that I was interested in 'till I finally found the car that I wanted. My new vehicle has everything I need and want and was priced well to fit my budget. Everyone I encountered at this Dealership was friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable. I'm Truly happy with my purchase, and proud to be part of the Nissan family. I absolutely will be coming back to Miller Nissan for many years to come. Bad Customer Service On Saturday, March 9, 2019, my husband and I drove from Fall River, Massachusetts to look at a 2017 Nissan Sentra SR Turbo 6 Speed. My husband and I On Saturday, March 9, 2019, my husband and I drove from Fall River, Massachusetts to look at a 2017 Nissan Sentra SR Turbo 6 Speed. My husband and I took the car for a test drive with our sales person Brian Long. When we got back to the dealership to talk numbers, and we specified that this was a transfer of registration. We also met with the Business Manager Paula Ramos, and we were advised that we would have the loan information on Monday, March 11, 2019. We were also told that the car would be ready for pick up on Saturday, March 16, 2019. We asked to leave a deposit and were advised by the Business Manager Paula Ramos that we did not have to. Paula called me on Monday, March 11, 2019, with the loan information. Paula also said that the paperwork would be overnighted to me, so I would be able to sign the documents and send it back to speed the process up of registering the car. On Thursday, March 14, 2019, Paula called me stating that the car would not be registered. My husband and I called back later that day and spoke with Paula trying to figure out why the car would not be registered, and that was when we were told that this was a new registration. Paula argued with me that we never said that this was a transfer of registration. I then asked to speak to another manager and when I was speaking with the Used Car Sales Manager Dennis, I could hear Paula in the background laughing and stating, “that I never said that the car would be registered”. My husband spoke with Dennis explaining again that this was a transfer of registration. Dennis then said that he would refund the money that was paid for the tax, title and registration fee via a check when we pick the car up. When we arrived on Saturday, March 16, 2019, to pick up the car, we were told there was no one to issue a check, so they refunded the money to my debit card. My husband noticed that the windows did not have the VIN etching that I paid $279 for. My husband then called back, spoke with our sales person Brian, and was told a check would be mailed to us. It took two weeks to receive the refund check for the Vin etching. I was disappointed that the vehicle was not washed, cleaned or vacuumed. I spent four hours of my time to clean the vehicle, in which I did not feel that I had to clean the vehicle. On Monday, March 18, 2019, I went to my insurance company to have the RMV 1 Form stamped, and my insurance agent realized that the Vin Number was incorrect on the RMV 1 Form. I then spoke with the General Manager Mike, and he had all the documents including the RMV 1 Form with the correct Vin Number overnighted to my insurance company. Mike also told us that the taxes were paid for. When we went to register the vehicle, we were told that the taxes were not paid, and we had to pay the taxes at the Registry. I am extremely upset that I am paying for the taxes twice since this was all rolled into my loan. I am very unhappy with the service, the treatment, and running around. The only reason why I kept the car was that it had everything I wanted. I did not enjoy the new car buying experience. I will never even consider doing business again at your dealership. More

We always dreaded it when we had to get a new vehicle-phony sales people and price games-made us feel we were taken advantage of. At Miller Nissan there are no games. Rithy was exceptional! We told him what we wanted, he explained all the options on the vehicle. They gave us a Great price! We didn't know how to set all the settings and Rithy had us come back in so he could show us how to set-up what we wanted to be activated. I had to bring the car in to get the plates put on and Jennifer took care of that for me...she put the plates on my car!~!~! The people who work at Miller are a great bunch! I am so glad I chose Miller over any other Nissan Dealer. More

For this reason I chose to go with them. My experience was smooth, although there were some hiccups along the way to no fault of the dealership or their associates and they were very understanding and worked with me every step of the way. Now, I'm happy to say I'm the proud owner of 2015 Nissan Rogue 17,000+ miles.🤗🤗🤗. Thank you to every single person who helped me to get exactly what I was looking for. Ended up trying to call to speak with the owners and got the run around. Had to send a negative review to get an answer. Was told by Jeff Wirth that I am not allowed to come to the dealership because of my negative review and Jeff Wirth responded “ No one wants to work on your vehicle”. It’s sad that it has to come to this. It’s also sad that Paul Miller Nissan stoops this low. Never get my service done heat ever again. Don’t buy a car here as Jeff the parts person will stoop so low and the service department needs to learn to listen to customers and not get their ego in the way. More
