Management replied to my last post stating that, ".... Chance to correct the issue" Nothing has been done. It is like be quiet and wait. A meeting was never set up to meet with management. My car was in the shop for nine (9) days. because the car stopped running at a traffic light. I had to rent a car for two (2) days until the Genesis Dealership service center open and gave me a loaner vehicle while my car was being fixed.
The biggest issue is that the car was listed at $29,496.00 which includes fees. I put $14,500 down. Somehow that $14,500.00 was DEDUCTED FROM $48,571.84. That about $10,000.00 difference that is missing from the equation. In someone's pocket. I was told don't it worry it will all be straightened out. No one has called me from Smithtown Nissan finance or management as of the writing this post. I understand now why I was giving a folder with nothing inside the day of the sale and why they had me at the dealership for almost 5 hours. To get me tired and frustrated, so that I would be ready leave knowing that I had 1-1/2hr ride home.
The list price of the car was $29,496.00, $14,500.00 down. Again, the down payment was deducted from $48,571.84. That means they gave the bank the wrong information. No wants to address this fraud. Why isn't this an urgent matter on the part of Smithtown Nissan? Why do I have to hurry up and wait for someone to become available. I sincerely hope that this is not normal practice of Smithtown Nissan. How many others have been a victim this practice because they trusted Smithtown Nissan. Everyone needs to go back and review their finance statement. $10,000.00 discrepancy is an urgent matter, especially when I am the VICTIM OF BAD AND UNLAWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES.
